My passion for fitness didn’t happen overnight – it’s been shaped by years of experience, education, and real-life growth. Today, I’m proud to be a Personal Trainer at Fit4Life Health & Wellness in Virginia Beach, where I officially stepped into my role in December 2025. While this chapter is new, my foundation runs deep, with more than 20 years of experience in coaching, martial arts, and resistance training, and a journey in the fitness industry that began in 2010. I received my formal training at the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Raleigh, North Carolina, where hands-on, face-to-face education helped shape my approach to safe, effective training.
Over time, my philosophy evolved. In 2020, I made a pivotal shift away from an all-or-nothing, heavy-weight mindset and began focusing on longevity, recovery, and sustainable health – a change that transformed not only my own life but the way I coach others. The past several years have been dedicated to improving my personal health while deepening my understanding of how to support women navigating similar challenges. Originally from a small town in North Carolina, I restarted my personal training journey in 2023, relocated to Virginia in 2024, and continue to invest in advanced education.
I am currently working toward my ISSA Certified Master Trainer certification to further expand my knowledge and impact. My coaching style blends strength training, mobility, and total-body conditioning with practical, sustainable habits that fit into real life – not just a temporary phase. I believe fitness should build confidence, resilience, and long-term health, helping women feel stronger both inside and outside the gym.

Bri’s exceptional abilities lie in her expertise in weight loss, strength training, and pre & postnatal training. As a mother herself, Bri understands the importance of maintaining good health for not just herself but for her babies as well. This is why she is highly dedicated to working with other mothers, guiding and helping them with their fitness goals while keeping in mind the unique challenges that come with being a mom.
Bri’s wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of fitness is backed by her certification as a NASM Certified Trainer, NASM Nutrition Coach, GGS Prenatal and Postpartum Trainer which ensures that she is up to date with the latest training techniques and methods.
