My passion for fitness didn’t happen overnight – it’s been shaped by years of experience, education, and real-life growth. Today, I’m proud to be a Personal Trainer at Fit4Life Health & Wellness in Virginia Beach, where I officially stepped into my role in December 2025. While this chapter is new, my foundation runs deep, with more than 20 years of experience in coaching, martial arts, and resistance training, and a journey in the fitness industry that began in 2010. I received my formal training at the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Raleigh, North Carolina, where hands-on, face-to-face education helped shape my approach to safe, effective training.
Over time, my philosophy evolved. In 2020, I made a pivotal shift away from an all-or-nothing, heavy-weight mindset and began focusing on longevity, recovery, and sustainable health – a change that transformed not only my own life but the way I coach others. The past several years have been dedicated to improving my personal health while deepening my understanding of how to support women navigating similar challenges. Originally from a small town in North Carolina, I restarted my personal training journey in 2023, relocated to Virginia in 2024, became a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in 2025, and continue to invest in advanced education.
I am currently working toward my ISSA Certified Master Trainer certification to further expand my knowledge and impact. My coaching style blends strength training, mobility, and total-body conditioning with practical, sustainable habits that fit into real life – not just a temporary phase. I believe fitness should build confidence, resilience, and long-term health, helping women feel stronger both inside and outside the gym.

I’m passionate about helping women move forward in their health journey with clarity, and confidence.
Fitness has been a passion of mine for many years, and I’ve spent more than eight years helping women of all ages and backgrounds become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, nutrition coaching, and prenatal and postpartum fitness.
As a mother, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize your own health while caring for everyone else. That’s why I’m especially passionate about helping other moms make fitness work within their busy lives. My goal is to provide support, guidance, and effective training that considers the unique physical and emotional changes that come with motherhood.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Nutrition Coach, and Girls Gone Strong Prenatal and Postpartum Coach. These certifications allow me to combine safe, effective strength training with practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to each woman’s needs.
Whether you’re a new mom, returning to exercise, or simply ready to make a positive change, I’ll meet you where you are. My goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and confident as you work toward better health, one realistic step at a time.

Fitness and athletics have always been a big part of my life. Growing up as an athlete, I knew I wanted a career that would allow me to help others improve their health and quality of life. That passion led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and become a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients ranging in age from 14 to 87 and across all fitness levels. While I enjoy helping a wide variety of people, my greatest passion is working with older adults to maintain their strength, mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
I also have extensive experience working with postmenopausal women and understand the unique challenges that can come with hormonal changes. By combining evidence-based strength training with personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies, I’ve helped women improve their strength, body composition, energy, and overall health.
What I love most about personal training is having the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Whether you’re brand-new to exercise or continuing your fitness journey, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable, encouraged, and motivated. I want to help you become stronger and healthier, build confidence, and actually enjoy the process along the way.
